Believe — How It Began
In 2007 Pastor Susan was the Women’s pastor at Grace Fellowship PCOG church in the small town of Heber/Overgaard, Arizona. At the first Mother & Daughter banquet, she wanted to bless all the women during that event. Through a contact with a friend, they were placed in touch with a high-end cosmetic company. With approval, they began receiving skids and pallets of boxed product that had labels spelled wrong, had been pulled from a line, or were shortages. The outreach continued for seven years until the church, Grace Fellowship/New Beginnings, closed.
It was Pastor Susan’s desire to continue blessing women. She took the contact and began the ministry in April 2014 from her home in Goodyear, Arizona. The connections were amazing and the number of women touched grew every day until the company warehouse closed in 2017.
It was heartbreaking, but in 2020 God birthed the Girl Talk group on Facebook, and it continues to grow. Blessed to be a blessing!
